Terms of Service for Yard Cleanup Customers

Mr Dog Poop, Inc a Florida Corporation provides weekly, biweekly or monthly yard cleanups to remove dog poop, disinfect and deodorize customer properties.

Customers agree to the terms of this contract for the duration of the service agreement which continues until canceled by the customer.

Customer agrees to allow Mr Dog Poop Inc to charge their credit card monthly in advance of providing services.

Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and collected on the designated billing date set by the customer. With the exception of the first month of service which generates a prorated invoice at sign up and is collected immediately following the customers start date.

Online Account Management

Customers have online access to manage accounts, view invoices, update billing dates, card information or any personal details as well as canceling service at any time.

The online interface also allows users to change cleanup dates, schedule emergency cleanups, indoor or automotive cleanups.

Customers can send notes using the online interface to their dog poop tech up to the start of each yard clean up. Each tech checks in at the start of a clean up at which time they will receive any special instructions you have for them each week.

Our techs are there to help you, so if you need them to check something, clean something or just carry in a large bag of dog food, let them know using the send notes section of the management interface.

FREE product delivery is available for all yard clean up customers. Products from our online store will be delivered free of charge during your regular yard service.

Password Security & Recovery

We make every effort to secure your account using encrypted servers, secure socket connections and never storing information such as passwords or credit card numbers. But your account is only as good as the weakest link and if your password is the name of your dog it wont be long before someone gets in and makes a mess.

Please use strong passwords, protect those passwords and do not use the same passwords on multiple websites. We cannot be responsible for any changes, service changes or account modifications that have been made using your username and password.

Activities, password hacking attempts and user changes are logged, tracked to IP addresses and monitored for suspicious activity. But that could be well after services are provided.

To avoid any problems, we need everyone to secure their passwords responsibly.

If anyone forgets their password it can be recovered using the online password recovery tool by sending an authorization to the accounts authorized email. This tool can be disabled inside any account preventing the email account holder from gaining access to your account, however, it also prohibits you from recovering your password as well.

Cancellation Of Services

Cancellation of services can be done online, by phone or in person with one of the dog poop techs by filling in a cancellation request. Service can be canceled immediately with a one time fee of $25 which will cover any services rendered but not collected.

The $25 cancellation fee offsets our costs in closing accounts and those accounts canceled before billing for the month but after some services have been provided. This is the fairest way to make canceling service simple and clean with no residual charges or fees for customers to worry about.

Credit / Debit Cards & Collecting Payments

All accounts are debited automatically each month and must be paid by the 15th of each month for service to continue. The online interface allows you to adjust the debit date from the 1st to the 15th for your convenience.

If the monthly fee has not been collected by the 15th of any month, service will be suspended until the fee is collected.

If the automated billing fails online, for any reason either ours or yours you will be notified by email and have until the 15th of the month to make a payment before service is suspended.

The automated billing system will attempt to charge a failed card one more time, approximately 48 hours after the failed charge in case the fail was due to a gateway error, or bank error or anything that might have caused a network connection problem on the initial attempt and have nothing to do with the validity or funds available on a card.

Should the card fail a second time, the card will not be changed again unless the account owner updates or changes credit card information, clearing the way for a new charge attempt with the corrected data.

Credit / Debit Cards with excessive fails, meaning insufficient funds over and over, will be assessed a decline surcharge to cover the costs of the failed charging attempts. That surcharge will be $5.00 for any card that has failed 10 times in the term of a one year contract. A surcharge will never exceed $0.50/failed transaction. While we hate surcharges, they are intended to offset the "Bounced Check Cards" fees and gateway costs when no funds are collected.

Notifications

We will make all possible efforts to notify you if a card cannot be billed, but that is not always possible and it is ultimately the customers responsibility to monitor email and make sure the payments were collected each month.

Our goal is of course, to never have a service interruption, to make sure that is possible, it is the customers responsibility to keep the account updated with current email, address and phone contact information so we are able to make those notifications.

Additional Services

Additional services can be added during the month to regular yard cleanups, those services will be added to the next billing of your card. If services are added to the regular schedule, the increased cost will begin on the next billing period with the pro rated use for the previous month.

For example: If you decide to add spot disinfecting to your weekly clean up for $3/wk on the 15th of the month, we would add 1/2 a month cost onto the next months bill or $6 and increase the monthly fee by $12. Since the current month was paid in advance the fee is not collected until the next billing cycle.

Products ordered will be delivered and billed immediately on purchase. Products will not be delivered based on future billing.
