The way our program works, each Dog poop Tech logs in to our virtual time clock using their smart phone when they arrive at the job site, your yard for example.

Our network sends them the work order and any notes you might have specified or additional services you have requested, such as an indoor cleanup or packaging of a stool sample.

When the job is completed, the Dog Poop Tech will check off the job as done and the smart APP contacts our centralized network servers and logs the date, time, GPS location and services completed.

The system then generates an email, telling you the job was completed along with any notes that the Tech might have for the dog owners, such as "Barkey's poop appears to be runny and he may be reacting to the new food you fed him last week" or "your gate latch was broken, so I tied it shut with a rope so Barkey would not get out".

We keep an open dialog between customers and poop techs so they can get to know the dogs, understand what to look for and give the owners feedback whenever it is important.

A tech might attach a photo of a gate latch that is broken or an area of grass they would like to repair on the next visit with the owners permission.

Since most of our customers are not at home while the Techs are cleaning the yard, this is a great system to keep the open communication between the Dog Poop Techs and customers.

You as the customer know exactly when the yard was serviced, what was done with any needed notes about the work.

You also have a direct line of communication to the Tech right up to the time they service your yard to make changes, add services or ask for favors through the online management interface.

Our techs are there to service you, so if you need something extra done, don't hesitate to ask. Maybe you left the dog dish outside and a possum was eating out it and you are worried about rabies transmission in saliva (as you should be). Ask the Dog Poop Tech to disinfect the dish when they are there. They carry latex gloves and have the pressure washing system that is used each time to clean boots and the poop collecting tools. They can quickly clean your pets dishes killing any possible rabies virus.

You have 24/7 access to the online scheduling interface to see who, what and when each service was provided. Online automated bill pay, reports and full access to reschedule or manage the services you need.
